Expand-A-Form warrants to its customers the quality of the panels it sells to be free of defects and to conform to standards which would materially affect the products performance. Any products proven by the customer to be defective, Expand-A-Form will remedy through replacement the defective product with a product of like quality or refund the purchase price.
In no event shall Expand-A-Form’s liability, if any, whether founded in contract or tort (including negligence) exceed the purchase price of the defective product nor shall Expand-A-Form be liable for any special incidental or consequential damages or for any claim brought more than one (1) year after the sale of the product by Expand-A-Form to its customer.
The foregoing warranties are exclusive and Expand-A-Form makes no other warranties with respect to its products, express or implied, including no warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Expand-A-Form does not intend any of its products to be used in a way that would infringe any patent or copyright.
